Position: Automation QA with Playwright and Typescript Experience

Location: Remote

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

We are seeking an experienced Automation QA with at least 1 year of commercial experience to join our team. This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

As an Automation QA, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products. You will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve any issues, and continuously improve our testing processes.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 1 year of commercial experience in automation testing, with a strong understanding of Playwright and Typescript. You should also have a solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated tests using Playwright and Typescript
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve any issues
• Continuously improve and maintain our automated testing processes
• Create and maintain test documentation
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability
• Identify and report any defects or issues found during testing


Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of commercial experience in automation testing
• Experience with Playwright and Typescript
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively


Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Experience with other automation testing tools such as Selenium or Cypress
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of API testing
• Experience with performance and load testing
• Knowledge of JavaScript and other programming languages
