Which plan should I choose?+
Start with Free if you are exploring QA or want to try the lesson assistants. Plus is our recommendation for regular practice. Choose Pro if you want our highest AI tier and 2,500 monthly requests instead of Plus’s 1,000. Pro includes the same courses and job tools as Plus.
Will courses stay free?+
Yes. Every publicly released course includes its lessons, practice tools within your plan’s run allowance, progress tracking, and certificate eligibility without a course fee. A certificate records course completion; it is not an independently assessed professional qualification.
Does a paid plan include a human mentor or interview coaching?+
No. Guidance comes from AI lesson assistants and focuses on your course work. Human reviews, standalone portfolio reviews, and mock interviews are not included. The assistants can make mistakes and do not guarantee a job or an interview outcome.
How do AI request limits work?+
Free includes 100 lifetime AI requests. Plus includes 1,000 requests each UTC calendar month. Pro includes 2,500 requests each UTC calendar month. Unused monthly requests do not carry forward. If you use your AI allowance, you can still read lessons and mark them complete.
Which AI model does each plan use?+
Free uses the Core model. Plus uses a smarter model for stronger guidance. Pro uses the smartest available model for the most capable assistance.
How will my purchase help stray animals?+
qa.cafe will give 10% of every paid purchase to organizations that rescue and care for stray animals. The calculation excludes taxes, refunded payments, and chargebacks.
How do code executions work?+
The Free plan includes 200 code executions each UTC calendar month. Plus and Pro executions are unlimited. Each accepted Run action uses one execution, including a run that returns an error. Resetting a runtime does not use an execution. Code runs stay in your browser; only usage counts are recorded. If you ask an assistant about your code, that code is sent with the request for AI help.
How do renewals, cancellations, and upgrades work?+
Monthly plans renew until canceled. Cancel renewal in your account to stop the next charge. Paid access continues through the paid period, then your account returns to Free.
Pro to Plus downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Upgrading from Plus to Pro cancels Plus and opens checkout for a new $20 USD/month subscription before tax. Pro starts after successful payment, with a new billing period. Unused Plus time is not refunded or credited. If checkout is not completed, already-paid Plus access continues through its original end date.
Where will I see the exact price?+
The pricing page and checkout will show the billing period, currency, applicable taxes, renewal terms, and total before payment.
Which jobs can I browse?+
Everyone can read public job listings, search by keyword, and open their application links without an account. Plus and Pro also include subscriber listings and filters for country, location, work style, level, and employment type. Subscriber listings are visible only while you have paid access.
Who will process paid plan payments?+
Dodo Payments provides hosted checkout and acts as Merchant of Record when paid checkout is enabled.
