These terms apply when you visit qa.cafe, create an account, use learning or recruiting features, or submit content.
1. The service
qa.cafe provides QA education, browser practice tools, AI-assisted learning, job listings, recruiter tools, editorial content, and completion certificates. Features can be added, changed, suspended, or removed as the service develops.
2. Accepting these terms
By using qa.cafe, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 16 years old. If local law requires a higher age for consent, that higher age applies.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
Do not share an account in a way that bypasses access limits or misrepresents another person. We can require security steps or suspend access when we reasonably identify risk or abuse.
4. Learning content and practice tools
Courses, articles, resources, and practice tools provide educational guidance. They do not guarantee employment, examination results, professional recognition, or a specific outcome.
Browser practice environments are deliberately isolated. Do not use them to attack qa.cafe, another service, data, or person. Practice output can be lost when a page closes or a runtime ends.
5. AI-assisted features
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. Review it before relying on it. Do not submit secrets, production credentials, personal information about others, or unlawful content.
Usage allowances, model availability, and response limits can change. AI assistance does not replace your own judgment or professional advice.
6. Certificates
A certificate records completion of the published course revision named on it. Public verification is the authoritative status.
qa.cafe can withhold or revoke a certificate obtained through fraud, automation abuse, account misuse, or a material system error. An issued certificate does not represent professional licensing or employer endorsement.
7. Job listings and recruiter activity
Recruiters are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authorization of their listings. Job seekers must verify opportunities before sharing information or making decisions.
qa.cafe is not an employer, recruiter, background-check provider, or party to an employment agreement. Publication does not guarantee a candidate, interview, offer, or hire.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of content that you submit. You give qa.cafe the limited permission needed to store, display, process, and deliver that content through the requested feature.
You must have the rights needed to submit the content. Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, confidential, malicious, or abusive material.
9. Prohibited use
- Do not gain or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not disrupt the service, evade limits, or probe systems without written authorization.
- Do not scrape, copy at scale, resell, or republish protected content.
- Do not impersonate another person or send spam.
- Do not upload malware or misuse practice and AI features.
- Do not use qa.cafe in violation of applicable law.
10. Intellectual property
qa.cafe and its licensors own the service software, design, branding, and original content. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.
You can use learning material for personal study. Any broader reproduction, commercial use, or distribution requires permission unless applicable law clearly permits it.
11. Plans, payments, and refunds
All currently available features are free during testing mode, and qa.cafe does not currently collect payment details. Displayed future prices and allowances are previews and do not create a purchase offer.
If paid access launches, the price, billing period, renewal behavior, taxes, and feature limits shown at checkout will apply. Refunds will follow the refund policy and mandatory consumer rights.
12. Availability and third parties
The service is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent feature availability, or error-free content.
Links and integrations can lead to third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply separately, and qa.cafe does not control their content or availability.
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, qa.cafe is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from service use.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
14. Suspension, termination, and changes
You can stop using the service at any time. We can restrict or end access for material breach, abuse, legal requirements, security risk, or service closure.
We can update these terms as qa.cafe develops. Material changes will be identified by a new version or date. Continued use after an effective update means the revised terms apply.
15. Contact
Use the contact page for a legal, account, billing, or service question.
